This past winter my husband and I were in Florida visiting friends. They were going to get a new ceiling fan and I saw what I could do with the paddles of their old one. They gave them to me this spring when they got a new one. I love the ridges in each paddle which makes it look like a pedal for a flower or a leaf. I painted each paddle and bolted them together (which wasn't too bad because there were holes already) and then painted the middle. I love how it came out! It is a great fall decoration! I have made this before from Dreamimg Tree last year but wanted to make another one. It is so cool when it lights up! Love it!
