Our First Sept Craft Fair

I have been making a few things this past week for the craft fair that we are having on the September 6th and 7th at the Wells Jr High School. This project is a seashell that I painted and put some transfers on it and then glued it to a painted candlestick.  It makes a cute ring/jewelry holder to put on top of your bureau. I think I'm going to make another one.

Here are some close up pictures of what we have for the craft fair. I know I posted some last week but wanted to show the individual pieces. It is the first time we have done one in September which is gonna be fun because we are able to make some Halloween things.

I made these 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 Halloween candy boxes to hand out to treat or treaters.  I'm going to put "Happy Halloween" on the top which I'll do tomorrow.  I think they are a perfect size for Halloween. Hope we have a good turn out this weekend.

August Is Here!

I have made this style card before for a birthday and it was fun to make it again for my brother's birthday! I didn't have the dies to make it so I used punches for the records and buttons, etc.  It is great for a masculine card.

This style card. has plenty of room on the back for the sentiment. Always looking for this when I make a card.

I thought the sentiment for this birthday card was perfect for a golfer! I found it on Pinterest and had to. make this one for a friend.

This is the second angel that I have made from the book folding technique. I did sell the first one I made at our craft fair last Christmas.  I wanted to make another one and I love how this one came out. She is a cutie! This one is a little different from the other one I made because this angel sings!! Thanks for stopping by! Happy August!

Father's Day Cards Galore!

3 U fold cards for Father's Day

Closer look
My sisters and I are busy making cards and other projects for an upcoming craft fair.  We haven't done one in a long time so we are busy, busy, busy.  I made these U fold cards because the fair is June 9th and 10th and the next weekend is Father's Day (June 17th)! I have seen many of these types of cards on Pinterest and had to make some for myself.  I used the Stampin up Apron bundle along with Marianne Creatables handy man tools.  Love the wood grain paper from Simple stories, it just screams masculinity!

Card in a box BBQ
This is another Father's Day fun card to make!  Card in the box grill for the grillmaster of the house!  Punch art for the hamburger and hot dog on the side and I used Tim Holtz bird cage for the grill underneath the hamburger and hot dog.  The utensils are from SU Apron bundle.

Father's Day Workshirt

For the nautical man
Love this shaker card for the man who loves the sea!  The sailboat is from Die-namics and so is the anchor and porthole.  This was a fun and easy card to make.  Thanks for stopping by and checking out all the cards.  Check back for more items that we will have on display for the fair.
