First Anniversary!

Where has the time gone??  It is already my youngest sister's First Wedding Anniversary!  This is not a typical Anniversary card but I just got these Crazy Bird Stamps and Dies from Tim Holtz and they are so funny.  I had to make them into a card for Adrianne and Lenny!  Card in the box is always a fun type of card to make and has plenty of room for these birds.  They are pretty big too!  The sentiment on the front says "Happy 1st Anniversary to 2 crazy love birds"!

Here is a closer look at these fun birds.  Just added some hearts which actually gives these birds some stability.  They are colored with copic markers and added some googly eyes!  Love the googly eyes, always make the project fun, fun, fun!!

Happy First Anniversary to two amazing people!  It won't be long before we will be celebrating 10 years the way time flies!  All the best!  Love you!

Halloween Hospitality

I saw this card on pinterest and wanted to make it for  my brother and his wife.  They have been for the last 3 or 4 years been hosting us and other family members so that the guys can go to a football game at the Metlife Stadium.  This year the NY Jets played the Washington Redskins.  Even though we are Patriot's fans, the guys love tailgating and "football fever".  The girls go shopping which I think we get the better deal.  We had a blast! By the way, the Jets won.

Since this year it was just before Halloween, I had to make them a Halloween Thank you!! The accordion style ghost was easy to make.  When you can add "googly eyes" to anything it is always fun!  Below is the front of the card which is a sizzix bat die. This was such a cute card and I hope they like it!  Thanks again you guys and Happy Halloween!!

By the Sea 60th Birthday!

Another 60th birthday card for a high school classmate!  She  is a beachcomber so I thought I would use Graphic 45's By the Sea.  Love this collection!  I also saw this "pop up" card on pinterest and wanted to try it.  Here is the tutorial for it.  It is pretty easy and closes up to put in a regular envelope which is always good.  Check out my pics below for more views.  Thanks for stopping by.
