My sister's and I are getting ready for our annual craft fair at the Italian Heritage Center in Portland, Maine on Saturday, November 5th! This is one of the items that will be for sale. I painted the wood black (found it at Goodwill for $2) and then used IOD's transfers! IOD moulds and transfers are beautiful and so easy to use. Several people have said that it looks like the flowers were painted. I agree but they were not!
This is an item I worked on last month for the fair too! It is made from an oatmeal container. You can use it as a gift box or a centerpiece for your Christmas table/party! I love it when I can recycle something like these 2 items!
Lastly, I have seen so many of these upside down wine glasses made into candle holders. Making little vignettes in the bottom of these candle holders are fun to do. Any theme can work for these cute wineglasses/candle holders. Again I got the wine glasses at Goodwill for $2. Recycle is the theme today!
