Heartfelt Anniversary!

Love Heartfelt Creations cards and this die is from them.  They make such beautiful cards! I made this card for my sister and her husband's 12th Anniversary which was yesterday!  This die makes such a lovely gatefold card!  The sentiment on the front  is something I had in my stash and the vine is a die from Memory Box.

The inside of the card I used dies from Stampin up with a glitter background--so pretty!  Love this bundle from Stampin up called Special Reason.

Happy Anniversary Connie & Russ!

Halloween Bridge & UFold Cards

Bridge Card
Bridge cards are fun to make especially when it is Halloween!  Love using my Halloween dies from Sizzix and Tim Holtz! The pumpkin is a foam sticker that I found at Michael's which I thought would be great for cards! The paper for both of these cards is from Stampin up and  Authenique.

Found the perfect Halloween sentiment for this card on Pinterest!  "May the blackest cat you've ever seen bring you Good Luck this Halloween!"

UFold Card
This card is a UFold card and I used more of my sizzix dies.  I added some googly eyes to the spiders which is always fun to do!!  This black cat is from sizzix  and it holds the panel down which says "Happy Halloween".  When you close the card the panel comes up which is shown below and on the back is another great Halloween sentiment for this card.  The paper I used I have had in my stash for so long that I cannot remember the name of it.

Card closed to mail
This sentiment in the picture is easier to read.  I have started early with my Halloween cards I think I might send more out than I usually do!  Halloween will be here before you know it!

Gender Reveal Card

My niece's Gender Reveal Party was yesterday and I gave her this card to celebrate the news of her pregnancy.  I used my NEW Marianne Creatable giraffe die which I am in love with!!!  It is soo stinkin adorable!  All Marianne Creatable animals are so cute, may need to get another one for sure.   I want to thank my sister, Chris, for the template for this card.  She has made a few of these "onsies" which are so cute!  For the trim around the arms and legs, I used my nestabilities scallop circles.

The inside of the card with the sentiment I also used a Marianne Creatable baby feet die.  So with all the anticipation we did find out that Emma and Dylan are having a baby girl!!  Some cute pictures below of the happy couple and decorations at the party!  Andrea you did a great job decorating and congratulations to you and Renn also!!

30th Birthday Girl!

My daughter is 30 today!!  Where has the time gone!  She was born on the first day of school for my husband's school and he hasn't let you forget it.  I wanted to make her a small "mini album"/card for her birthday and I saw this on Pinterest and thought it would be perfect.  Here is the tutorial for this type of card/album.

The paper collection is from Photoplay called Girl's Night Out.  Loving this collection because of the colors and party type stickers!  Perfect for birthday celebrations!  Check out some of the pictures of the card/album below. Also below is the link to the self closing box on the right.

I also made the self-closing box for Lindsey's gift.  It is pretty easy to make and it is cool the way it can close itself.  The instructions for this type of box is below.  Dawn does a great job with the instructions for this box. Check it out!

Boss' Birthday Card

My daughter asked me to make a card for her boss' birthday.  His wife is giving him a surprise party this week and I thought since he is a chef how cute it would be to do a punch art chef.   I saw this on pinterest and knew this would be perfect for him.  Love making the Z-fold type which worked great for a kitchen complete with stove and cupboards.  The punches are all from Stampin up including the birthday cupcake.

Here is a closer look at the stove with a pot and frying pan on top.  I had to make a little shelf with salt, pepper and dill.  This was a fun card to make and I love the way it came out!  Thanks for stopping by!!

Witch's Brew U Fold Card

This is my first U fold/Bridge card!   Love this type of card!  My sisters gave me this type of card for my birthday last month so they inspired me to make one for Halloween!!   Did some punch art for the cauldron with some bubbles, not to mention the witch in the background and the broom in the foreground.  The Jack O'Lantern is from Michael's--it's a foam sticker which I thought was pretty cute and easy to use!  Look below at the picture and you will see what is in the cauldron!

The witch has added some eyeballs, spiders and frogs!  I love how this card folds up and can be mailed!  Looking on Pinterest I found the perfect sentiment for this card!

Love this!
When the card is closed up--can't see the ingredients in the cauldron which is perfect!!  Thanks for stopping by and enjoy making these types of cards!!
