This is a pop up Thomas the train card for a 1 year old birthday party.
This video explains this card perfectly. She does an excellent job showing just how to make this card. I embossed the ground with cuttlebug folder and I had the Sizzix cloud die for the little clouds behind Thomas. Loved the way it all came together! Happy Birthday Everett! You are adorable!!
