Spring has Sprung!

I have had this Dreaming Tree SVG for quite some time and just last week decided to finally make it.  The watering pail is so cute! Graphic 45 Blossom was perfect for this spring project. It was a little tricky putting the spout on the pail but other than that it was pretty easy to put together. I love the daisy flowers that came with the SVG.  Such a pretty spring project to do! I added some purple gems to the handle and the bottom of the pail. More gems were added to the flower's center. Here are a few more pictures of the project below.

The last birthday card for the month of March is for a high school friend who is turning 70! It is a variation of a gatefold card called "Flying Geese" card. I used another Graphic 45 collection called "By the Sea". It is a beautiful collection! Happy Birthday Julia!

Happy St Patrick's Day!

We had a fun night celebrating St Patrick's Day last night. I made this little sign with my Cricut which I think came out cute! Here is the centerpiece that I made for the table.

The favors are little leprechauns that I made using punches. I saw a bunch of them on Pinterest and was inspired by them.

And we always have to have a group photo! Our full Irish guy wasn't able to make it and he was definitely missed. I think Donald (guy on the left) won the prize for best St Patrick's day outfit!

More March Birthdays

This is a quick post of more birthday cards. These cards are all different styles for 3 different people.  I love Elizabeth Craft's owl die. It is so adorable that I had to use it for a card. March has been a busy month for birthday cards and it seems that all the birthdays are at the beginning of the month.

This is the first time I made this style card. It is from Mixed Up Crafts. It is called a Tiered Pop up card. Here is the link for the video https://mixedupcraft.com/2022/06/19/tiered-pop-up-cards/  Samantha does a great job of explaining this style card.  Here are more pictures of the card. I am definitely going to make more of this style card.

January Birthdays Again!

This trifold card is for a student of my husband's who shares the same birthday as him. She is so sweet. She has been sending cards to my husband since she was in elementary school and she is now a mother with 3 children of her own. I think she is so wonderful to think of him on his and her day! The theme this year for her is butterflies!
Another birthday is a milestone birthday for a good friend from high school. 70 is the new 50 if you squint a little, I love this saying. Happy Birthday Betti! Love you!

Happy 2025!

Here are our headbands from previous years that we have to choose to wear for 2025's celebration. I made favors for the table and the theme is "Let's ring in the new year together"!
Here is the picture of the table for New Year's Eve celebration. I wanted to point out that I used the same centerpiece that I used for Christmas but just changed out the little Christmas tree for a gold candle. It looked great with the gold tablecloth and the runner!
Of course, we had to have our pictures taken like we do every year with the "New Year's Frame" which everyone loves to do! LOL!
Lastly, our cake from Costco which was delicious! Happy New Year everyone and thanks for stopping by!
