Cupcake Favors

I made these a couple of months ago. These cupcake favors are so cute for a birthday party or celebration of any kind.  I have seen tutorials that you can make your own base but I used a paper cup and then put the designer paper around it.  Also made different ones using rosettes for the top of the cupcake. I don't have a link for the rosette cupcake, I just saw a picture on Pinterest and created my own. I did attach the cover with a hinge for the rosette cupcakes.  Pictures as well as the tutorial I watched for these cupcakes below.  I used mostly Graphic45 papers like Bloom, Botanical Tea and Fairie Dust.  Have fun making these cupcake boxes.

Cake Slice

This is my first attempt at the cake slice box. I can see that I need to cover up the yellow a little better on the corners but  I had fun decorating it.  I found the template on the internet for this cake slice box favor.  The trim on the side is SU border punch and the leaves on the top are from Cheery Lynn designs.  Check out the picture below - I like having the leaves go over the side.  The flower is from SU build a blossom punch.  The petals are embossed with SU EF.  Just a little amber-colored crystal for the center.   The ribbon is from Joann's Fabric. Gonna have to try this again, maybe with carrott cake and cream cheese frosting.  Boy, I'm making myself hungry for cake!!!
